Partnered with Lois Randall Creative Consulting to conduct a major review of the 14 Regional Boards across NSW for Arts NSW (Create NSW).

The review considered:

- best practice governance models for Regional Arts Boards
- partnership agreements with local government
- capacity building
- relationships to RANSW
- other statewide service providers and models
- opportunities for development and improvement

The process involved statewide consultation with the arts sector and local government, a comprehensive mapping report and a final report and recommendations
